This notice explains how CalendTap handles personal information when someone visits our website, requests access, uses a provider workspace, or books and reviews an appointment.
Who this notice covers
CalendTap provides scheduling tools to service providers and their clients. Providers decide how they use appointment information in their own business and may have additional privacy obligations or notices.
Information we handle
We handle contact requests such as name, email address, language, and message; provider account, profile, branding, calendar, service, and reservation information; and client booking details such as name, phone number, appointment time, service, notes, and reservation status.
We also process limited technical information needed for authentication, security, rate limiting, delivery diagnostics, and optional push subscriptions, including network, browser, device, and push-endpoint information.
Why we use it
We use information to operate and secure CalendTap, create and manage appointments, show accurate availability, answer access requests, deliver provider notifications, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information or use appointment details for third-party advertising.
Legal grounds where applicable
Depending on the interaction and applicable law, we process information to provide a requested service or take steps before providing it, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing CalendTap, comply with legal obligations, or act with consent when consent is specifically requested.
Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from providers, clients, and website visitors. A provider may also create an appointment after receiving the client’s details by phone, message, or in person.
Service providers
CalendTap relies on Cloudflare for application infrastructure, security, data storage, and privacy-oriented traffic and performance analytics; Resend for contact-email delivery; and browser push services when a provider enables push notifications. These services process only the information needed to perform their role.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Retention may also depend on the provider responsible for an appointment.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Providers can update their profile and notification devices from their workspace. Clients can use their reservation code and phone number to review appointment information.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or obtain a portable copy. You may also be able to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate appointment requests with the relevant provider.
International use and children
CalendTap and its service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Appropriate safeguards depend on the services and locations involved.
CalendTap is not designed for children to create provider accounts. When an appointment concerns a minor, a parent, guardian, or responsible provider should supply and manage the relevant information.
Changes
We may update this notice as CalendTap evolves. The date above identifies the latest version.
