Terms of use

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These terms apply when you access or use CalendTap. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

The service

CalendTap helps service providers publish availability, accept and record appointments, manage reservation status, and review operational reports. During early access, accounts are created through a personal onboarding process and features may continue to evolve.

Provider accounts

Providers are responsible for accurate account, service, calendar, availability, location, and branding information; for protecting login credentials; and for activity performed through their account.

Providers are also responsible for the services they offer, their relationship with clients, and any notices, permissions, professional rules, cancellation policies, or other obligations that apply to their business.

Client bookings

Clients must provide accurate information and use booking links, reservation codes, and appointment details only for legitimate scheduling purposes. CalendTap facilitates scheduling but does not provide or guarantee the underlying professional service.

CalendTap is not an emergency service and must not be used when immediate medical, safety, legal, or other urgent assistance is required.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, send unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, collect information without authority, or use CalendTap to violate another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CalendTap reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, especially during early access, and will aim to communicate material changes when practical.

Intellectual property

CalendTap, its interface, branding, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Providers retain responsibility for and rights to the content and branding they submit, and grant CalendTap permission to display and process that content to provide the service.

Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

CalendTap is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will meet every business requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Providers remain responsible for appointment decisions and the services delivered to their clients.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product and its operating model develop. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
